Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you buy.

Key details about what the extension does, how seasonal access works, and where its responsibility ends.

Effective September 7, 2026

Does Ticket Claimer actually claim or buy a ticket?

No. Despite the product name, it does not sell, purchase, reserve, claim, or guarantee tickets. It monitors the supported webpage locally and notifies you when the configured availability condition is detected. You must return to the page and complete every ticket action yourself.

Does it bypass CAPTCHAs or queues?

No. It does not solve or bypass CAPTCHAs, bot checks, queues, or human-verification systems. It pauses and requires your attention when verification or unsupported navigation is detected.

Is this an official University or ticket-provider product?

No. Ticket Claimer is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with the University of Texas, Texas Athletics, or the ticketing provider.

Is access a subscription?

No. 2026 Season Access is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, recurring billing, or automatic renewal. It expires February 1, 2027 at 06:00 UTC, and a future season requires a new purchase.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. Ticket Claimer does not offer voluntary refunds, a refund window, discretionary refunds, or a satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or payment-network rules. If Stripe issues any refund for any reason, including a partial refund, access for that season is revoked.

Can I move access to another browser or device?

Not automatically. Access is tied to the browser extension installation that completes purchase. Removing the extension or clearing its local data can remove the cryptographic license identity. There is currently no account-based recovery or transfer system.

What data leaves the ticket page?

Ticket-page content does not go to our licensing service or Stripe. Only limited installation, device-public-key, version, season, Checkout reference, proof, and timestamp information is sent for payment and license verification. See the Privacy Policy for details.
