Season access, clearly defined.
These terms describe one-time seasonal access, its limits, and the all-sales-final refund policy.

Refund policy: all sales final
All sales are final. UT Ticket Claimer does not offer voluntary refunds. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
If a refund is issued through Stripe for any reason, including a partial refund, access for that season is revoked.
Installation-bound access
Season access is tied to the browser extension installation that completes the purchase. It is not automatically transferable to another browser profile, device, or installation. Removing the extension or clearing its local data can remove the license, and there is currently no account-based recovery or transfer system.
Verification and site rules
The extension does not bypass CAPTCHAs or bot checks. Monitoring and automatic claiming pause and notify you when human verification requires attention. After you complete verification and return to the supported ticket page, the extension can resume the claim sequence.
Automatic claiming and availability
After you start the extension on the supported ticket page, it can select the supported ticket, Checkout, and Place Order controls through final order confirmation. You are responsible for keeping the supported ticket tab open and visible, keeping your computer awake, and completing any required human verification.
UT Ticket Claimer does not guarantee ticket availability or a successful claim. Ticket inventory, account eligibility, ticket-site behavior, human-verification requirements, connectivity, and changes made by the ticket provider remain outside our control.

UT Ticket Claimer is independently developed and is not affiliated with the University of Texas, Texas Athletics, or the ticketing provider.

We add counter measures to make sure this does not happen, but if the unlikely outcome of your Big Ticket being revoked due to the use of this tool happens, we are not responsible for it in anyway.
