Purchase terms
Season access, clearly defined.
These terms describe the one-time 2026 Season Access product, its technical limits, and the all-sales-final refund policy.
Effective September 7, 20262026 Season Access
2026 Season Access is a one-time purchase that enables the extension’s monitoring functionality for the configured college-football season. It is not a subscription, does not include recurring billing, and does not renew automatically.
Access expires on February 1, 2027 at 06:00 UTC. It never continues beyond that fixed time. A future season requires a separate purchase under that season’s configuration and terms.
Refund policy: all sales final
All sales are final. Ticket Claimer Chrome Extension does not offer voluntary refunds. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law or payment-network rules. We do not offer a refund window, discretionary refund program, or satisfaction guarantee.
If a refund is issued through Stripe for any reason—including a partial refund—access for that season is revoked. When the extension next completes an authoritative online license check, it will stop licensed operation. If the extension is temporarily offline, it can operate only within the already-issued offline boundary and never beyond the fixed season expiration.
Installation-bound access
Season access is cryptographically tied to the Chrome extension installation that completes the purchase. It is not automatically transferable to another browser profile, device, or installation. Removing the extension or clearing its local data can remove the license identity, and there is currently no account-based recovery or transfer system.
What the product does
Ticket Claimer monitors a supported webpage locally and sends a notification when the configured availability condition is detected. Despite the product name, it does not sell, purchase, reserve, claim, or guarantee tickets. It does not grant ticket eligibility and does not guarantee that a user can complete a ticket transaction.
Verification and site rules
The extension does not bypass CAPTCHAs, queues, bot checks, or human-verification systems. Monitoring pauses when human verification or unsupported navigation requires attention. You are responsible for completing verification yourself and complying with the applicable ticket-site, University, and ticket-provider rules.
Independent product
Ticket Claimer Chrome Extension is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with the University of Texas, Texas Athletics, or the ticketing provider.
